A yet-to-be-identified scavenger has been killed after a military-grade grenade exploded at Idi-Araba in the Mushin area of Lagos State. It was learnt that three other persons were injured in the incident, which occurred on Thursday. A pedestrian with hearing impairment was killed on Sunday in an accident involving two commercial minibuses along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, inward Maryland, Lagos State. The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed the incident in a statement on Sunday, stating that one of the minibuses, while speeding, lost control and rammed into a stationary vehicle before hitting the pedestrian, who was waiting at a designated bus stop near Temac Filling Station.
