 The English proverb says an apple day takes the doctor away from you. This ancient maxim is premised on the vital nutrients required for overall fitness and health benefits secreted in the fruit. Apple  also helps one to develop the ability to better fight back diseases.

 Apple improves the immune system and help in battling against virus, bacteria and free radical, because it has low calorie, high fiber and high vitamins.

 Apple offers your health differs of benefits helping in combating fatigue, constipation, improving memory, preventing asthma attack, controlling weight and reducing cholesterol. 

There are green apples different from red apple.

 Green apples have impressive amount of vitamins and minerals that help body function optimally and contribute to overall well being. Essentially it provides Vitamins B, like B6 and folate, which plays crucial roles in energy production and cell division.

 Other benefits of green apple include low in fat, increase metabolism, fight against ageing, protect from cancer, good for skin and teeth, keeps heart healthy and a very rich source of vitamin A and C 

However, there are obvious differences between red and green apples. Green apple and red apple are different varieties of apple.

Green apple are typically characterized by the green skin and crisp, tart flavours, while red apple are known for their red skin and sweet, juicy flesh.

The main difference between the two types of apple is the variety of apple tree they came from and the flavoor and texture of the fruit.

Green apple are typically more tart and crisp, while red apple are sweeter and juicier.

There are other types of apple such as McIntosh – a juicy red apple with tender white flesh and a tangy flavor; red delicious – a crisp, juicy red apple; Fuji – a yellow and red apple with firm sweet flesh; granny smith – a green apple with crisp, greenish flesh and a sharp flavor; golden delicious – a yellow apple with a mild, sweet flavour, and green apple that have almost twice as much vitamin A than red apples.
